The person who signs the bill of lading without the authority of the Shipowner stating that goods have been shipped，and they have in fact not been shipped at all，（）liable to an indorsee of the bill of lading，who has relied on that statement，for damages for breach of warranty of authority.

Possession of a bill of lading enables the holder（）obtain delivery of the goods at the port of destination.

Higher compensation may be claimed only when，with the consent of the carrier，the value of the goods declared by the shipper which（）the limits laid down in this clause has been stated in this bill of lading.

The mere inclusion of an arbitration clause in a bill of lading to which the Hague Rules apply as a matter of contract does not deprive the carrier（）the one year time limit.

The master can refuse to（）in the bill of lading the statements required by the Act if either he has reasonable grounds for suspecting that the information given by the shipper is inaccurate，or he has no reasonable means of checking it.

If the broker’s lien of the bill of lading for his charges in respect of goods is not satisfied before the goods have reached their destination，he may have the goods（）home in order to retain his lien on them，and is not liable to any action for so doing.

The defences and limits of liability（）in this bill of lading shall apply in any action against the carrier for loss of or damage to the goods whether the action be founded in contract or in tort.

In accepting this bill of lading the shipper，consignee and／or the owners of the goods and the holder of this bill of lading，（）accept and agree to all this stipulations，conditions and exceptions，whether written，printed，stamped or incorporated on the front or back hereof，as fully as if they were all signed by such shipper，consignee，owner or holder.

The master is not bound to show in the bill of lading（）of the goods shipped on board his vessel.
